DNC Chair: Republicans Believe Illegal Immigration ‘Should be a Crime’

So, first, let’s take a look at the name. Illegal Immigration. I am sorry. In this universe, I thought ILlegal meant against the law, right?

According to thesaurus.com, a synonym of against the law is “banned, criminal, illicit, unconstitutional, unlawful”. Now, criminal and crime. similar right? I don’t know. Perhaps she’s just smarter than me, but I doubt it… also the antonym of against the law is legal.

However, there is a flip side to this argument. The idea that Republicans are harsh, rich, immigrant hating people is wrong. In fact, I am all for LEGAL immigration. If you work for it and want to be an American citizen, do it legally! Great! I just don’t like it illegally. I am sorry if that offends others, but that’s how I feel. Oh wait, I’m not sorry.
