Justice Department Changes Website From Patriotic to Black and Gold?

This is the current Justice page. It used to look like this, but now it looks like this. (I cannot get the pictures to load)
I kind of understand why you would change it. Before it doesn’t look very professional, but not it does. However, you could at least keep the USA colors. I wonder who told them to redesign it….strange..
